Q: I went up on the web and found a number of reviews about your tours and the biggest issue was the Chinese and English spoken by the guides. I don't have a problem with this provided that if Chinese is spoken that an English version is also spoken. One of your reviews you mentioned an English only tour. Is that available and what might the dates be in 2013. I want to insure that our party gets the most out of the trip. Look forward to your response and have a wonderful day! This tour is a Bilingual Tour guide.He will speak both English and Chinese.We truly apologize but at this moment the 2013 schedule for our Yellowstone tours are still not available.Due to the harsh weather changes in Yellowstone, we do not operate this tour until the winter has gone.Typically, the 2013 dates will become available in February 2013.

Q: Dear Sirs, First we are planning for next year minimum 3 people. The question of meals is clear as to price and responsiblity. Is there adequate time and availabilty for meals at the designated stops? When you speak to English and Chinese - does that mean the tour guide will explain or provide tour information in both languages? The tour guide will make the meal stops at Fast Food Courts or International Buffets.The meal stops are done regularly and last about 1 hour.Yes, the tour guide will be providing the information in English then Chinese.We offer many tours, and similar tours so some of them have more reviews than others. FOr breakfast, we offer bred, coffee and Cereal, a light breakfast.

Q: Hi, I´m planning to get to L.A on September 22nd, but tours only seems to start on the 23trd..... That means that I will have to stay one night on my own and I have to get my own trasnportation? Is there any chance that the tour begins the 22nd? In addition, I want to know wich are the standard hotels for each city because I don´t see this information on the Itinerary. This is a really important issue to decide between the standard and the upgrade. We regret that this tour will only start on September 23rd. if you arrive one day early, you have to self transfer to join the tour at the airport or self check into the first night hotel.
The hotel information that you will stay in during the tour can only be confirmed 1-2 days before the tour departure, but we have put the standard hotel information on the itinerary.
